How to Change the Date or Address of my Delivery?
Predict is a service that allows you to reschedule your delivery according to your availability. You can rearrange your delivery by going to your parcel tracking page where you will see different options available. If the rescheduling option is not available, contact the delivery company or sender for other arrangements. You can select various options like changing the date, delivering to a neighbor, safe place, or local pickup point. If you miss your delivery, a calling card will be posted through your letterbox containing information on how to collect your parcel.
How Long will my Parcel be Kept at the Pickup Point ?
Chronopost has pick-up points across France in convenience stores, supermarkets and other locations. Duration of parcel availability depends on the type of pickup location; branches or post offices allow 14 days, Pickup Points allow 8 days, and Pickup Stations/lockers only 3 days. Customers need identification to collect parcels which will be returned if not collected within the specified time. Someone else can collect it on your behalf with your ID.
