“Easy setup, saves time with automation”

Have been using this return app for a few years now. Easy to install and set up your return page & return rules. It saves time by allowing customers to fill in their requests on their own. Things can be automated. They also have some label generation capacities, but I have not been using this option it as this is more US oriented service.

AfterShip has been a real-time saver. We have been using this app for a while. Customer support is awesome. They always make sure to help us with any issues (if any) we encounter. "Expecting better automation features"

1st time using app. I think this will be great once my personal issues are worked out. The automation did not work so well but Natalie helped me quickly. The app desperately needs automation to let you know there is a return coming. As a small business owner, we wear many hats and I need a reminder of what is ahead of me. Then I will update to 5 stars. I look forward to this being a great tool as my shipping demands increase.

“Frustrated with slow support and unresolved issues”

I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.
