c'est la deuxième fois que vous me livrez mes colis fortement endommagés, au point que cette fois ci il manque des articles dans le colis, alors je suis vraiment déçue et pas contente car j'ai toujours eu confiance en vous, mais depuis quelques temps je sais pas pourquoi, mais en+ du retard, les colis abîmés au point de perdre des articles c'est pas normal. Alors j'espère sincèrement que cela ne reproduira pas.
