Resolution

Types of resolutions:

original_payment: Shoppers want refunds back to original payment channels.

store_credit: Shoppers want refunds turned to store credits.

exchange: Shoppers want to replace the old item with a new one. Note that this value is only for "same-kind-of-product" replacement. This is NOT the case where shoppers request for exchanging other SKUs/different products.

exchange_for_anything: Enhanced version of exchange. This is the case where shoppers request for exchanging other SKUs/different products.

refundid: This is for merchants who use Refundid as the refund gateway to issue immedate refunds to shoppers.
