Events

A standardized and categorized checkpoint message that represents a physical scan or exception during the logistics and transportation of a package. Each event is associated with a timestamp and tracking number, providing location and status details. Events may include a reason for the exception, and they are linked to specific phases or statuses in the shipment's transportation journey.

incorrect_missing_addressThe shipment has an incorrect or missing address
failed_to_allocate_driverThe carrier was unable to allocate a driver for the shipment
extreme_weatherThe area is experiencing extreme weather that may affect delivery
outside_delivery_limitsThe shipment has arrived at a carrier facility that no longer covers the customer’s address
not_what_customer_orderedThe customer informed the carrier that they did not order the items in this shipment
package_oversized_overweightThe package is oversized and/or overweight
