Hi this parcel/Scooter was purchased by me on Friday 5th August but DPD didn’t collect this item until Tuesday 9th August it then went through 4 DPD hubs between Ireland and Middleton in Manchester upon tracking it said it stayed in the South Down DPD depot 63 for 36 hours I contacted DPD head office to be told it was missing and they did not know where it was so they would open an investigation and it would take up to 6 Day’s which would not have helped at all! This caused me huge UpsetDamaged. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
