How the extension works

1. Log in to your AfterShip Tracking account
2. From the Organization admin > Go to Apps > WooCommerce
3. Enter your Store URL > Click on Install app
4. Now log in to your WooCommerce store
5. Install the AfterShip Tracking plugin from your WordPress Admin
6. Activate the plugin
7. Follow the WooCommerce OAuth flow, then click "Approve" button
8. To check if your WordPress store is properly connected to AfterShip Tracking, go to Organization settings > Store connections > Search for your WordPress store

Description

Shipments imported to your AfterShip Tracking account will be matched with the correct couriers and tracked automatically for free at AfterShip Tracking.

Each free account comes with a dashboard to monitor the current status of 50 shipments at a time. The tracking data from the couriers come in handy when immediate action is required in case of incidents or delays. Send automated in transit and info received email notifications to the customers. To activate notifications for all the notification triggers AfterShip Tracking users will have to upgrade to a Paid Plan. To keep customers engaged further you can direct customers to a branded tracking page where they can keep track of the progress of their shipments by entering the order or tracking number. Monitor how well your marketing and engagement campaigns are performing with insightful analytics and reporting.

How the extension works

1. Sign up for an AfterShip account for FREE.
2. Go to All Apps > Support Returns Center > WooCommerce.
3. Enter your Store URL and then click connect.
4. Following the instructions to login your WooCommerce store and authorize Returns Center.
5. Your customers can find their WooCommerce orders in your returns page.

Description

AfterShip Returns is an online returns portal for customers to lodge their return requests without reaching out to the retailers directly. The branded returns page allows customers to select the items in the order they would like to return, the reason for return, how they would like to resolve the issue, and the method to return the item. Once a return request is raised, you will automatically see it on the returns management portal. Approve the #RMA generated manually or set the auto-approval rules for the return requests. Once approved, the shipping instructions you’ve set up from your returns admin portal will be sent to the customers.

Merchants can change or revise the shipping instructions for the returns methods they’ve configured for their WooCommerce store’s return orders anytime based on the routing rules and customer zones. Avoid unnecessary returns by setting up the returns window, returns allowed per order, and ineligible product types. Connect your Woocommerce store and import orders to AfterShip Shipping. You can then click to generate shipping labels with tracking numbers with your own shipper accounts. You can easily filter orders by order ID, customer name, payment status, fulfillment status and destination.

Before generating labels, you can calculate the shipping rates and get available delivery options from multiple couriers. Please note that not all couriers support online rates calculation.

You can now ship to international addresses easily with AfterShip Shipping. You can enter customs information and modify item details before generating labels. AfterShip Shipping automatically generate commercial invoice and other required customs documents (CN22, CN23).

Sync with your Woocommerce store

You can choose to automatically fulfill order at Woocommerce when a label is generated. AfterShip Shipping will update the tracking number, shipping provider name, tracking URL to your Woocommerce store. No more copy and paste!
