package has not been delivered.aaked neighbors, checked porch and mailbox.i was home since 5:30 pm....when i tracked package it says it eas delivered at 6:46 pm.please follow up...this package was worth over $117.00. thank you-laura

I am not sure why but it was supposed to be delivers yesterday via UPS but for some reason the USPS driver dropped it off at a garage today and I'm not even sure if it's my place or not. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Thus usually doesn't happen when getting deliveries from Torrid via UPS and I hope in future it doesn't happen again. Delayed. Left in wrong spot.

Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

never saw it. There was someone home, but the package was never seen at our house.
