How does payment work?
Top up your account balance by purchasing credits of $20 or more with credit card or PayPal. Each shipment added deducts your account balance based on your monthly usage. Choose auto-recharge to purchase an additional credit when balance falls below $5.
Do you offer enterprise solution?
Get in touch with our tracking experts if you have volume higher than 100,000 shipments per month. We will have a dedicated support for you, and support post payment with bank transfer option.
What’s your service SLA?
AfterShip guarantee 99.95% monthly uptime. If we don’t meet our 99.95% monthly uptime guarantee, we’ll refund you 10% whatever you paid AfterShip for that period of downtime.
Do you charge by API calls or email notifications?
No - we charge by the number of shipments. The per-shipment fee includes all the API usage, webhooks and email notifications. So it does not matter how many API calls you make, we charge only the per shipment fee only.
