Bonjour, je suis très mécontente du livreur colissimo. J’ai attendu qu’il frappe à ma porte car ma caméra m’a signalé sa présence et le colis 7J00657874702 ne rentrait pas dans ma boîte aux lettres. Le livreur (photo à l’appui) n’a pas frappé et a posé le colis par terre. Je suis de suite allé le chercher mais quand j’ai vu l’état de mon colis j’ai pu constater que non seulement il a été ouvert mais en plus que l’article a été endommagé ! Je ne sais pas où faire une réclamation ?Damaged. Unprofessional.
