Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Delivered on time.

The driver left my parcel at the wrong address. Big difference between the Nr 3 and 20. Best to get insurance that the delivery company will cover the cost for lost items. My item was €250 and to leave it by the wrong address.

The parcel was not delivered to me, but returned to the sender without any undisclosed reason.Unprofessional. Poor communication.
