Address was incomplete so was not able to be delivered. Australia post had to ring the shipper to get my phone number and then I had to pick up from post office. Delayed. Unprofessional.

It was left in unsafe place. It’s worth $600 staff. We try to talk him in ring video call. But he just dumped and left quickly. Not happy with they way. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
