U seem to have delivered the package to the wrong address. The package should be delivered to GL11 5BT and not that listed. Why don’t u use the contact number supplied in UK for me 07342089129. Was delayed for multiple weeks past expected time of arrival, DHL had a lack of proper response until I was told that it had finally left the warehouse it had been stuck, after that the shipment carried on as expected. Package was delivered with no damage and was the correct package, no complaints as far as the store goes.Poor communication. Delayed.
