DTDC Karungal is the worst courier partner I've seen so far.
If they are not able to reach the client, they don't even drop a message. They simply return the product.
They had the parcel in their office but made them run around to multiple places claiming that they didn't receive the parcel.
They don't deliver at home.
Very rude and unprofessional.
Even after the parcel was booked after discussing with them & they promising that they would deliver at home, we had to pick the parcel from office.Unprofessional.
