David Ortega who says he works under Rabia showed up with my Purple Mattress and another order requiring direct signature and literally threw my mattress on my plant that I have had for YEARS and drops my expensive electronics from about chest height and proceeds to book it out of there. I chased him and he said it was heavy and he didn't see my plant. I also opted for old mattress removal which, obviously, didn't happen. I am OUTRAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Damaged. Unprofessional.
