This was a 1,500 dollar product and it was left at the door with no doorbell ring or signature. Very unprofessional.Poor communication. Unprofessional.

My drill is beautiful the brushes are great quality communication was rapid and they sent me a gift of a 80/80 file which I’m actually going to go and order some more now because they are amazing will be ordering again hopefully I don’t have to order a drill soon for a while will update review as needed I appreciate your company !!Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel.
