Left at someone else's home. Had to find and retrieve it myself.Left in wrong spot.

I never received the shipment. How was no signatures required for such an expensive purchase? I am literally out $420 and a Christmas gift that was way late in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing. Unprofessional.
