They delivered 3 days earlier than projected, and left it right at my doorstep. Most deliveries get put at the wrong door, but this company has their services in order.Delivered early.

Most places don't leave my packages at the right place, but their delivery service placed it right at my doorstep. ontop of that they delivered faster than it originally estimated.Delivered early.

missing items charger for 3batts .2batt missing larger case. large charger. don't even know if right model.instruction book so small I can't read. if you want the top be more ready.if vasnessia wasn't helping I would cancel my order.I hate typing .NT NTPRO. BOX WAS RIPPED EVEN WITH FAT TAPE. REALLY DISSIPOINTED ON OUTING RIGHT NOW TODAY. Late missing 1/2 order.Delayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
