I ordered 3 items. I wanted to keep 1 item, exchange another for a smaller size and return one as the item is defective. I have emailed customer service to get an RMA # twice. I have yet to get a response. Do NOT order from them. Cute clothes but once they have your money they don’t stand behind their return policy. Damaged. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
