Ordered this last week and tracking says it has been delivered to someone’s house in California. I clearly live in England which is a different country! I was eagerly waiting for my Innospresso and greens but I guess someone else will enjoy them 😡 Thanks a damn lot! Delayed. Left in wrong spot.

Maybe it’s a problem with the app but it took about a week to get ANY status updates on this order. Initially the order was said to be arriving on the 25th — it didn’t arrive until yesterday (6/27). Furthermore, the tracking information never updated to reflect the delay… as in, on the evening of the 26th (one day late) the tracking info I had said VERBATIM: “Arrives June 25th”.. obviously there was some very poor handling of technology on someone’s part.Delayed. Poor communication.
