FedEx is s no longer the superior delivery service it once was!! I now constantly receive notifications that items were not delivered because customer was unavailable when I was home the entire day or that the package was delivered when in fact it never came. Forget calling to speak to a representative!! I now wince when I see FedEx and have no problem telling people or putting it on my social media what a disgrace FedEx now is.
