Ordered work shoes from Walmart. Arrived while I was at work, FedEx didn't drop off bc someone needed to sign for package. For SHOES? I called FedEx bc I work, so I am not home when they deliver. They said walmart required signature, nothing they could do. I spoke with walmart. They said they don't know why signature is needed, and since FedEx had the package there was nothing they could do. Both blamed each other. Poor communication.

It states item was left with customer. This is false! This package was not delivered to my home. I have had mounting issues with the driver that delivers to us in the evenings and it seems they have decided this time not to deliver at all! Ridiculous! As I am here all day, there is no way it was left with customer. Please do something about this as soon as possible. It started with them leaving packages on my husband's truck and now this!Unprofessional.

I have asked over and over for my packages to be left at my side door that is under my carport and in front of my garage. But packages continue to left on my front porch for porch pirates to pilfer.Delayed. Left in wrong spot.
