I wasted an entire day. 14hours waiting at my door and speaking to multiple customer service reps that continued to guarantee my delivery. At the end of the day they didn’t deliver and took it back to the warehouse. Then had it taken to a FedEx location I could pick it up from and only had half of my order taken there. Now I will have to make a second trip across town to pick the second part of the order up. I will NEVER be using FedEx by choice again. Delayed. Poor communication.

I paid for two day shipping, and the package was delivered late. The package was very damaged the insides of the package were out of the packaging the dress that was in the package was damaged and had to be dry cleaned multiple times to fix the damage. The dress had dirt stains on it where it looks like the package was left on the ground. The package was left outside when it was raining instead of being put in my mailbox.Delayed. Damaged.
