you fulfilled a order and shipped it that was placed fraudulently with my ulta credit card even after commenity bank messaged you about the order after I the victim your loyal customer who spends lots of money in your store begged you to stop processing the order contact the warehouse and tell them to stop the order don't ship it out I talked to so many people at ulta all saying they have no way to stop a order once it is placed that is ridiculous I don't believe it at all !!!Unprofessional. Poor communication.
