I made this order a month ago, and I don’t know what happened I finally got it after complaining many, many times to the company. I’m just not satisfied and there’s been nothing offered to me as far as a discount or credit, I just think that that would be fair considering I waited so long to receive my order.

Never got the package. UPS should have never handed my package to my irresponsible incompetent post office. They say they delivered it, but I still don’t have it! If I would have known about this switcheroo I would have never ordered!

This product stated STANDARD DELIVERY! The delivery driver refused over several days to leave the package stating a signature was required. Though giving me zero written evidence of a signature being required. I even contacted the company I bought it from to ensure it wasn’t a mistake they stated to me and reached out to UPS and stated it was only Standard delivery that they should of left it on my porch. It took 3 days from original delivery to receive my package! Very unsatisfied with UPS! Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
