Stated my stroller was delivered, but when I went down to the mail area it was not there. Also, I witnessed a FED EX driver deliver a rug across the street and thought my package was going to be next. But he went to wet his hair and drive off.

the seller sent the order with a different carrier then what i ordered that also used another third party carrier which resulted in poor communication and a big delay in delivery time. also the seller didn't answer any of my 3 emails regarding this matter. very poor customer service. won't ever order from creative explained again. i feel cheated Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
