Es imposible hablar con alguien de atención al cliente. Rara es la vez que no tengo un problema con algún envío…Poor communication.

I order and paid to be delivered to my home and left it in from of my door, yet GLS delivered it to collection point as usual!Left in wrong spot.

j'ai retrouvé mon colis, qui ne pouvait rentrer dans la boîte à lettres, au milieu de l'accès maison, visiblement jeté par dessus le portail Ui mesure plus de 2m de haut. il suffisait de sonner au portier d'immeuble, nous sommes toujours à la maison, retraités. si la pièce avait été fragile.......Unprofessional.
