My service was improperly refused and my package was returned to sender. This is the second time around and the package room wasn’t working. The second time they tried to deliver the second package it waited for several days before finally being dropped off at the office,which is less than ideal. I still can’t get it until tomorrow if the office is open. Poor communication.
