Again, like many times before, I’ve gotten a notification that states the item have been put in the PO Box but it’s not there. I’ve asked countless times and I am told, and I quote “ oh I just means your item is in the center and doesn’t necessarily mean it been put in the PO Box yet.” Then why have the notification that it’s been put in the box?!?!?Unprofessional.
