accidentally left the dogs outside but this person delivered anyway and I am very grateful.Delivered on time. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

The box was ripped open on the end exposing my item the box was also smashed had a tear in it. The package was delivered in horrible condition. I took pictures. I can't believe the lack of care that was taken with my product. Damaged.

On 05/09/22 @ 1:06pm, my return STATUS was "DELIVERED".
It is now 10 days later and the credit to my "ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD" has NOT POSTED.
Please investigate.
