ALL MY DELIVERIES SHOULD BE LEFT UP ON MY DECK BY MY FRONT DOOR. THIS PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED YESTERDAY AND LEFT ON THE BOTTOM STEP OF MY DECK. PLEASE TELL THE DELIVERY PERSON TO BRING IT UP ON THE DECK. I AM 72 YEARS OLD AND ITS VERY HARD FOR ME TO DO THE STAIRS ESPECIALLY WITH A PACKAGE. I HSD ONE DELIVERY THAT WAS AN 80 POUND GRILL WHICH HE LEFT DOWNSTAIRS. LUCKILY I SAW THE TRUCK GO DOWN MY ROAD WHICH IS A DEAD END. I STOPPED HIM AND ADVISED ALL NEED DELIVERED UP ON DECK. HE THEN BROUGHT IT UPLeft in wrong spot.

l was not at home . Then package was safely delivered to my home.Delivered on time. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

My package took eleven days to get to SC from Tx. It arrived in my home state of South Carolina and then left to go to North Carolina where it hung out for a few days and it was finally delivered today. It said it was left on my front porch and I actually found it in my mailbox after I hunted for it.Delayed. Left in wrong spot.
