package was not properly shipped box was from the rain wet . had to return because it was also the wrong part.

My best GLS shipment yet! Package was shipped within a few hours of ordering, and it arrived in two days, exactly as scheduled. I just wish GLS could deliver at this level everytime. Oh well, one can dream. Delivered on time. Friendly service.

i did not get a package at all today and it took speaking to 3 people today to be told my package isnt in oregon and still hasnt been shipped because theres too many orders right now you guys lied about when my order will be delivered and have fake tracking information unacceptable and i will be reporting you guys hopefully you guys will get shut down for lying and waisting peoples time and maybe even purposely messing with peoples packages one thing yall need to understand i am not the oneUnprofessional. Poor communication. Delayed.

GLS is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Every month I order items that are shipped with GLS, and every month there's some problem that results in my package being delayed. They always deliver, but you cannot count on them to deliver when they say they will.Delayed.
