The Colombia UPS Customer Service call center was belligerent, inept, and did not provide helpful information. a real local phone number is need in Santo Domingo. The colombians have no cultural knowledge of dominican communications. The instruction and GPS help to delivery UPS drivers is poor although the drivers are very helpful and sociable.Poor communication.
