My package was delayed mostly because of GLS shipping. I couldn’t be home at the estimated shipping time so I changed it to GLS pick up point (which was an option), but they gave the parcel to the neighbours…GLS does not have email to contact only call for (1€). Please change the shipping company, they have very slow service and old working system. I have a screen recording of my scoops I really wanted a star and a tigers eye cube which I never received. Delayed. Incorrect items. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
