Saturday, waited 19 hours on driver and never showed up. The second driver showed up early and received 2 of my packages. Sunday, waited again for the driver for 9 hours and never showed up. I had went up to the FedEx hub and spoke to a worker. He told me no supervisor or manager are there on a Sunday. Went back to the hub Monday morning and spoken to a supervisor and explained about the driver never showing up to my residence. Received my package and all three items were fine. Poor communication. Delayed.
