Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service.

I left a note on alley door addressed to FedEx & said to leave @ courtyard door because there's only a 2x2 step on my parking side & a whole yard on the courtyard side. My neighbor called saying FedEx was putting boxes behind my bushes & directly in front of my door & she didn't know how they were all going to fit. She asked him to follow my note & put on courtyard side & he said he didn't have a dolly. She told him it was only a few extra steps & he just shrugged it off. Had to leavework early Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

the Delivery needs to ring the door bell downstairs so I can be notified instead the package being left at the lobby.Delivered early.
