never received fedex sucks this is the 4 th package that fedex said it was delivered an it never was

It was NOT dropped off at my delivery address nor did I pick it up. I don't know where you sent it it but FedEx screwed up.
0 stars if that was possible.

The driver disregarded the delivery instructions and left the package on the porch rail. It is supposed to be put in the Gray bin on the front porch. I called out to him that that was not where it was supposed to be put, he hesitated and kept walking. I reported it twice and have not had any success in getting the package put where it is supposed to be delivered because I am not physically able to get it which is the reason for the bin in front of the door.Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

Did not receive order because delivery driver left order at wrong address and at wrong door! My back door does not have a screen door on it , my back door has a #2 on it with a doorbell for all delivery drivers to ring when packages are left!Left in wrong spot.
