I was told my order would arrive in 2-4 days and it arrived 2 weeks later. I was unable to contact anyone from FedEx, other than the virtual assistant which was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! When something is being sent from NYC to Meadville Pennsylvania, it shouldn't take that long unless it first goes to the western side of Ohio, completely bypassing me on the way, just to sit there for a week before coming all the way back east to Pennsylvania. Absolutely ridiculous smh.Delayed. Poor communication.
