Het is vervelend om na het correct invullen van het pakketnummer de melding te krijgen dat het nummer niet klopt. Het is ook vervelend om gedurende enkele dagen hetzelfde nummer en adresgegevens steeds opnieuw te moeten invullen. Dit geldt voor zowel GLS Duitsland als GLS Nederland. Op de avond voorafgaand aan de aflevering bijkt GLS ineens iets te kunnen met dezelfde gegevens. Track and trace apps blijken meer informatie sneller te kunnen leveren. Het vervoer zelf leek goed te gaan.Poor communication.
