The original driver completely ignored the delivery instructions, instead deeming the delivery as ‘undeliverable’ while displaying zero effort to even locate the delivery location; I literally work down the road from the Amazon Fulfillment Centre, 4 minutes away! The parcel was then delivered a day late, the next day, with the second driver having zero issues with finding the building. Horrible customer service, poor execution of ‘guaranteed delivery time’ and absolutely lazy delivery effort.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
