Says it was delivered to my door and it no where around my house or my mail box. There wasn’t even a ups in my neighborhood around the time of apparent drop off. Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service. Delivered early.

parcel was sent to the wrong location, delivered 48 hours after the planned delivery date. No contact/update on the planned day of delivery. only got an update when I made a call!! Delayed. Poor communication.
