The worst delivery option , I paid 30 dollars for 3 day delivery and I wasn’t home when they wanted to delivered so then they made me pay 7 more dollars just so I was able to pick it up and they said they would call me when it was ready to pick up which they never did call, then they wouldn’t let my alternative pick up person pick it up for me and the ups customer service lady in Dayton Ohio location was so rude and I had the worst experience, I had to call 5 times and waited on the line 20 min.

500 USD package was left outside without a signature. I was home when it was stopped off, driver didn't knock/ring.Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Says it’s in blossvale,NY 13308 when it got delivered to Lyons Falls,NY 13368 where it was suppose to go which is Lyons Falls,NY Left in wrong spot.

Was out for delivery three times, tracking wasn’t even close. Customer service is a joke, failed deliveries qith no attempt of delivery and no reason. Would give zero stars if i could. Joke of a company Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
