FedEx has only once in the five years at this address delivered my packages to my address and will not take responsibility for their negligence. Left in wrong spot.

My package was left at the address, but because they were very efficient with communication, I was able to find where my package was and retrieve it from the location it was left at. Thank you FedEx for being on top of your deliveries and getting me the correct address to get my package back from, during the holiday season and through the pandemic.
