My husband is the pastor of Open Door Baptist Church. Our home is the parsonage behind the church, which is a total different address from the church and whoever left my package left it at the church. Not my home. I did not know this for 24 hours until the secretary, let us know that she had it. Very frustrating! FedEx has done this many times, so I don’t know if that’s who did it but very unprofessional.Left in wrong spot.

did not notify me that package was at my door it could have easily been stolen all they had to do was knock or ring the bell and walk awayUnprofessional. Poor communication.

we have extremely clear instructions that all packages are to be delivered to the porch but this person left it out by the road anyway. very poor performance.Left in wrong spot.

the delivery guy threw it from his car onto the porch and damaged one of the boxes. Thankfully it was only the box that was messed up and not the item itself, but it was unprofessional and made me angry. shipping was delayed multiple times according to the website, and they just kept changing the delivery date to the next day. Damaged. Unprofessional.
