I ordered this item on November 26th, with an expected shipping date of 3-12 days after ordering. I figured with Christmas rush it might take a little bit longer, was definitely not expecting it to take 2 months!! reached out to customer service multiple times to be told my order had beg shipped but the system was delayed and not showing tracking information. Waited another week or two and still no tracking info! reached out again and was told it was in transit! didn't get shipped until 1/9!!Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
