Item was shipped out from US late April 22. DHL tracking showed parcel arrived in SG on 12 May 22. Then, it got stucked for 1+ month until it was finally delivered to me on 16 Jun 22 after I called local post to enquire and paid tax/duty on 14 Jun 22. During the course of enquires made to shipper ans DHL, not much help were rendered. Hence overall shipping experience was poor for me as this was the 2nd delayed one i had on delivery from same shipper. Thank you.Delayed.

said delivered. I do not have the package. I don't know where it is. DHL dropped off at post office. Not at my location. How can you say delivered when dropped off at post office. Left in wrong spot.
