Would of appreciated a heads up earlier that it was going to be late.Delayed. Damaged.

FedEx driver did not attempt the delivery on the specified day, the status was updated to the delivery being attempted but business was closed. A falsehood.
Customer service rep said it would be attempted 2 days later on Tuesday, and someone will call me about my concern. No call was made.
Monday morning the status updated to out for delivery. I was at work and updated the delivery to be made to a pickup location. It was too late and the package was left outside the door on a busy street.Unprofessional.
