The item was delivered to the FedEx distribution center located in Kingman, AZ. on 9 Jan 2024. It was not forwarded to the customer, claiming that there was not enough deliveries to my community; therefore, I would need to wait until 17 Jan 2024.
Truth be told, the Kingman, AZ. FedEx Distribution Center had NO serviceable vehicles available to make the scheduled delivery!! Finally, one of their employees volunteered to deliver the package using his personal vehicle. Piss Poor Management FedExUnprofessional. Poor communication.
