I have been asked to fill out the form 5016, and answer different questions about the package. I hate this stuff, bureaucracy sh*t. I wish this could be done before u buy something, I would never thought about this service. But after I payed my 1000$ I still need do prove something… this massage address to fedex first of all and the store itself after.
