There is absolutely nothing better that you guys can do. But you guys use USPS to ship and they could do a lot better at delivering the packages. Especially in a safe place considering they have keys to all of the apartment buildings. But I am 100% satisfied with the hat club and being a member!Delivered on time. Well protected parcel.
